RAINBOW FRAMES

A summer publication featuring yummy drinks, a whimsical road trip, and a collection of lazy, cozy tones that are perfect for those wrinkly, do-nothing afternoons. MORE PUBLICATIONS

Such a doozy of a day! I still do not understand the fascination with posting. Makes me want to vomit. And that is why I am now going to write five hundred letters for the next five years, just so I have a .01% at chance at getting an agent to represent one of my novels. Neither path is encouraging or promising. Either work tirelessly doing everything independently and love what you do, or receive another no, no, no, you’re story is awful- your work will never get published because it sucks and you’re a nobody with no followers. Ah… The important things.

Discouraging notions aside, I’ve chosen to follow the rainbow for my next digital magazine and can’t wait to share my creative directions. Happy tones. Sunrise vibes. Chill styles. My favorite lackadaisical everyday wear, wrinkles and all:) Unfortunately, yesterday was a very unproductive work day with kiddos filing through the house every hour, sounding like a bunch of monkeys on banana whack. An asthma attack then ruined what was left of the wonderful afternoon, so let’s forget mowing the lawn ever again! Fifteen years and not one issue, then I move back west… Never again. Into the immediate care I go. Of course, I am required to wear a mask (no problem, except if your throat is closing, the mask makes you feel like you’re choking to death). No one is in the waiting room, but twenty minutes later…. I’m glad I have been through this before and know not to panic! But this incident has made it very clear that I do not belong in the west. Time to pull up roots. Any amazing suggestions?

Aryn Lane is the creator of Paperwaif, a shelf featuring contemporary novels, digital publications, and style ideas. As a child, she ran around the family farm and was given the opportunity to work at a young age, offering her plenty of sunshine and inspiration. Always one to stay busy, she's always tackling new projects and trying to figure out how to move forward while prioritizing the daily chaos. Combining her ideas and passions, she dove into fashion design and enjoyed designing collections for her paper muses, but quickly realized that she prefers the quieter environments and country aesthetics. Honing her skills from college, she has actively pursued writing and digital designs while continuing to admire the evolving industries. Paperwaif has offered her a place where she is able to combine her favorite pastimes like digital designs and whimsical stories, pressing them into one setting that can be shared with an audience.
