Into The Mountains
Some days I wish I disliked writing, designing, and art, just so I could road trip, capture moments, and snap photos without remembering that I have ten different endeavors that I’m trying to accomplish. Nowhere moments are so much more serene. Some days I wonder if there is anyone else out there who is simply two, two different personalities, two different lifestyles. Aesthetically, little compares to the middle of nowhere places that inspire, but professionally, there is little. Does no one else have this complication? Does no one else change their mind often or shift directions? Does no one else find standing still, boring, mundane, and just not that interesting? I suppose some of us are more like wild horses and enjoy roaming free. At times, I wish I was an individual who was content with the same small town from my childhood, the same style of house I grew up in, the same lifestyle that I once knew, the same friends from high school, but….happiness is more important I suppose. So while my time in the northwest will be over soon, I can’t wait to add more frames onto my home-away-home gallery wall. Happy to be able to call so many places home….
